Prior Joining in Premier Consulting, Rizal started his career as Senior External Auditor in Public Accountant Firm Big4 Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu – Hans Tuanakotta & Mustofa (HTM) for 5 years experiences and also more than 15 years experiences as Finance Director in Multinational Companies. He concentrates on International Tax Issues composing of Corporate Income Tax, Value Added Tax, and Transfer Pricing.
He also has expertise in Transfer Pricing area including assisting client in the preparation of Transfer Pricing Documentation, representing clients in the tax audits, tax objections and tax appeals related to transfer pricing as a controversy.
He has developed numerous training programs and broadened knowledge through various overseas courses that have greatly contributed to his expertise in Finance, Internal Audit, and Tax Consulting. Now in charge of various Transfer Pricing projects of many multinational companies in the manufacturing and service industries and also Internal Audit Project.
He is registered as Certified Tax Consultant from Indonesian Ministry of Finance and also Certified Accountant from The Indonesian Institute of Accountants.
He completed his Bachelor Degree in Accounting from Brawijaya University, Master Degree in Finance from Airlangga University, and Bachelor Degree in Law from Narotama University. He is also a member of Indonesian Tax Consultants Association (IKPI) and Indonesian Institute of Accountants (IAI).
