Enny has experiences for 27 years as a professional tax advisor in-depth knowledge of domestic and international tax law. Her experiences have led to her expertise in area such as Tax Consultation & Advices, Tax Due Diligence, Tax Refunds, Tax Audit, Tax Objection and Tax Appeal including Judicial Review Process in the Supreme Court, Merger and Acquisition, Cross Border Tax Issues, and Business Restructuring.
Throughout her experiences, she has served major multinational and national companies engaging in various industries such as tobacco, pharmaceutical, consumer goods, mining, cold-storage, construction, banking, services, trading and other manufacturing. She has a record of achieving reduction in client’s tax liabilities through successful legal arguments and explanation.
She also has expertise in Transfer Pricing area including assisting client in the preparation of Transfer Pricing Documentation for both National and Multinational companies, representing clients in the tax audits, tax objections and tax appeals related to transfer pricing as a controversy.
Prior to establishing Premier Consulting in 2009, she was join at PB & Co, Tax Advisory in 1996 as Senior Tax Consultant for four years and she was joined at PT Global Pratama Taxindo, Tax Advisory as a Managing Partner for nine years. She is registered as a certified Tax Consultant C License from Indonesian Ministry of Finance – the highest working license qualification (a license to handle both national and multinational companies) and holds a Tax Attorney Licenses from Indonesian Tax Court.
She is also registered as Certified Accountant from The Indonesian Institute of Accountants and certified Customs Consultant. In 2018, she holds Advocate Profession Exam (UPA) Certification by Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI). She is also a member of Indonesian Tax Consultants Association (IKPI) and Indonesian Institute of Accountants (IAI).
She completed her Bachelor Degree in Accounting from Airlangga University, Bachelor Degree in Law from Narotama University and Master Degree in Accounting, Concentrate in Financial Accounting from Airlangga University. She is also a lecturer at Airlangga University, Petra University and as a speaker for In House Training, Workshop, and Seminars.
