Asep has over 19 years of experiences in advising compliance in local and multinational companies. His experiences have led to his expertise in area such as of Tax Consultation & Advices, Tax Due Diligence, Tax Refunds, Tax Audit, Tax Objection and Tax Appeal including Judicial Review Process in the Supreme Court.
He graduated from Airlangga University and continued his study at STIESIA University Surabaya. Also, completed his Bachelor Degree in Law. He is registered as a certified Tax Consultant C Licensed from the Ministry of Finance of Indonesia and holds a Tax Attorney Licenses from Indonesian Tax Court.
He also has expertise in Transfer Pricing area including assisting client in the preparation of Transfer Pricing Documentation, representing clients in the tax audits, tax objections and tax appeals related to transfer pricing as a controversy.
